holiday countdown back on the wagon

So in to the 3rd day of the re start and I have updated all my tickers to show the weight I had put back on in the last 7 week of the school holidays :sigh:
however im feel im doing ok and its Saturday hmmm, I feel the weekends are the hardest but im working from 2-6 today to I know I will less able to munch between that time lol


today

b- banana shake
snack - crackers and laughing cow
l- strawb shake
snack - pom-bears
dinner - chicken kebab and salad (maybe 2 or 3 chips lol)

So I got 1st 2lbs to get to my first goal and where I wanna be for my Oct holiday.

wish me luck I think I may need it!!!!!

Hi hun thanks good luck to you too, I have cracker bread ryvita it's only 19 cal a slice it's ace with some laughing cow and tomato or cucumber on the top xxx

Not really to be honest u will find u can cut thin and they go further lol

Strawberry shake for b/ fast
Snack - Pom bears
Lunch - strawberry shake
Snack - cuppa of lentil soup
Dinner - turkey steak, new potatos and salad
Snack - salt and vinegar rice cakes
 
Wed - half way thru the week wooohoooo


Breakfast - choc shake
Snack - walkers french fries
Lunch - strawberry shake
Snack - weight watchers soup
Dinner - steak and salad
Snack - fruit salad

I love cracker bread and baby bell lights mmmm

Oooo not thought about having with baby bell will Defo get some next time at shops
 
Well today has been crazy busy at work so went quite quickly,


B/fast choc shake
Snack - popchips
Lunch - strawb shake
Snack - ww chicken noodle soup and rice cakes
Dinner - ww cottage pie and peas
Snack - nectarine and walkers french fries
 
Well it's Friday wooohoooooooooo would normally weigh in today however will give it another week as I'm still getting back on trac,


Today

choc shake
packet of quavers
strawb shake
ww soup and cracker bread
tomato and mozzarella pasta bake
some fruit and maybe a few rice cakes

Had a good weekend done not to bad food wise, never had a shake tho as felt bit ill on sat so stuck to bland food, felt much better today so orderd a pizza in (oooops)
Back on it tomorrow tho :)
