Holiday diary 2014 ?

    Hi all, I've done slimming world a thousand times now and I haven't lost any weight and it's really starting to get to me... I've tried a the dad diets like * and slimfast and I'm just wasting my money! In fact I've actually put a couple of pounds on since starting!

    Today is a new day and the first day of the rest of my life! I have about 4/5 stone to lose but before my holiday in September I want to lose about 1.5 stone

    I'm not going to join my old group until July is out the way, (because I'm busy every weekend and my group is on a Saturday)

    In the next couple of weeks I'm going The races, a posh Michelin star restaurant, and it's my birthday so I'm going to stay on plan as much as I can! As I have a wedding on 30th august and I want to look nice!

    Here's what I have planned for today...

    Extra Easy...

    Breakfast
    Fried egg on WM toast (HEXB)

    Lunch
    Jacket potato with spaghetti and salad

    Tea
    Big Mac in a bowl (2) (HEXA)

    Snacks
    Crisp (4)
    Meatball (1)
    Chilli sauce (1)

    HEXA splashes of milk and some cheese
    HEXB WM bread


    Total Syns 8

    See I was attracted to this diary because of the title, I love a good holiday!!!!

    Where about in Lancashire are you?

    I have things where I could over syn & put lbs back on, but I feel like now I'm getting the balance right, it's not easy doing SW & having events like birthdays etc.

    Morning :D

    I'm actually in a really good mood today...think half the reason is because my son is and he's not throwing any paddys! Off out to do my SW food shop today to get some goodies etc in :)

    Here's what I've got planned so far today...

    Extra Easy...

    Breakfast
    x2 weetabix with some milk and cherries HEXA & B

    Lunch
    Mexican Mackerel (2) with lettucs & onions

    Tea
    Chorizo (2) & bean pasta with loads of added superfree

    Snacks
    handful of my sons chocolate (2)
    Danio 'mini' yoghurt strawberry flavour...not 100% sure on syns as they are new so i'll go with 1

    Wishing you lots of luck! I always have tricky social occasions to try and navigate too, I find it so hard to stick to plan as I just want to indulge in all the yummies!

    Which Michelin star restaurant are you going to? :)

    Thanks chick :) not 100% sure but it's somewhere down south! My brother lives in Alton so it will be somewhere round there, he's picked it all out for us :D I'm looking forward to it though!!

    Hello hello hello :) New day and day 3 on SW! Still 100% and that's a big achievement for me :p I'm really tired today, my son has been getting up no later than 5am so it's killing me at the minute!!

    Here's my diary for today...

    Extra Easy...

    Breakfast WM toast with ham and a squirt of tomato sauce (1) HEXB

    Lunch Leftover chorizo & bean pasta (2)

    Tea Pizza chicken breast with SW chips & salad McDonalds pot curry sauce (3)

    Snacks
    Tangerine
    Aldi monster munch (4?)

    Total Syns 10

    Morning diary! I'm not well at all today! Got a banging headache and a sore throat :( so feel pretty miserable!

    I'm off to chester races tomorrow so I'm quite busy today!

    Here's what today is looking like...

    Extra Easy...

    Breakfast Ham on WM toast with a squirt of tomato sauce (1) HEXB
    Tangerine and apple for afters

    Lunch roast chicken subway salad (2)

    Tea Chicken & chorizo jambalaya (3)

    Snacks 4 finger kit kat (11?)

    Total Syns 17 :(

    Right so today my day has gone totally tits up! I've had an extra bit of toast, a bowl of chips for my tea and a Mars bar ice cream!! I think it's coz I know I'm going to be off plan tomorrow so I've sort of got into "holiday mode" agh it's so frustrating!!

    Well, from Friday evening my SW plan was totally out the window, had all sorts of treats scones, pate, meals, cakes, cooked breakfast, alcohol etc etc etc and to finish it off I've just had my "last supper" a Chinese - totally full/ bloated now so drawing a line under it and tomorrow is a new day!!
