Holiday plan of attack??

Hi all,

I'm off on Holiday on sat and Ive started my Dukan holiday planning. Ive got to be realistic and admit there is no way I can not drink for 2 weeks whilst on holiday. My attitude I think needs to be of damage limitation rather than the can't fasten my shorts full blow out it usually is!
We are in an apartment so i'm going to take oatbran, canderel, and frylight. That should sort me out for breakfasts.
Lunches could be tricky but I'm going to take a coolbag so hopefully can do a packed lunch.
Dinners will be fine, eating out is easy on Dukan dont you think?
I know I will have a glass of wine or two every day but the way I see it, as long as I stick to non alcohol before dinner I will not blow it with my food choices.
Fingers crossed I will be able to come back from holiday relaxed and fully fired up after my break to get back on the dukan wagon!!!

Oh and any other tips are most welcome!

If you switched to vodka/diet coke, rather than wine, you might stay in ketosis even... and, if you must stray, err towards Atkins (fat) rather than carbs...
