Holiday soon......HELP!!!

Hi there!

I am due to go on holiday next month. I have lost about 2 stones by following a very low calorie diet, but I don't really want to be this restricted while I am away, and anyway I am about at target, do you think the sw plan would be a good way to go? I need to up my food intake anyway cus I am scared my metabolism will be nil if I don't.
I would be grateful for any advice.
