We're due to go on holiday on Wednesday, and I was just wondering what anyone else did when they've been away? I was thinking of trying to stay low carb, maybe take a pack to have for breakfast & possibly lunch, and then eat a low carb dinner? How has anyone else found it? I guess I'm hoping that I don't put any weight on while I'm away.
Also, if I can find a way that works for holiday, then hopefully can do the same over Christmas. I would hate to have lost this weight, and then start gaining through December.
Just wondered what anyone else had done / was planning to do.

Hi Cybill I went away with 3 x old school mates back in September and I did exactly what you are suggesting. I had a shake for breakfast a bar for lunch and ate a low carb meal in the evening. I did put weight on but only 2lbs which to be honest I could live with. Good luck and have a lovely time. xx
