You probably won't want to hear this, but yes it probably will knock you out of ketosis and, if it doesn't then you shouldn't drink in that state cos it's dangerous. If your heart is set on having an evening meal then avoid carbs and go for protein but it will be harder to get back to TFR afterwards?
I went on holiday last month and after loads of soul-searching I decided to stick to the diet and I was so glad I did. I've felt stronger than ever since I got back. I didn't feel too deprived on holiday either cos I wasn't bored but doing lots of other fun things! ;). Good luck with whatever you decide, hun. x
