Im off on my hols a week on Friday and im not going to fool myself by saying i will stick to plan as i know we will beeating outandhavinga few drinks, so i was thinking rather than wasting all my exante by following it half hearted i was thinking of following Atkins whilst away ........what do you think?? or would a low fat/low carbs plan be better and just risk coming out of ketosis but get back on itthe day im home.....

any advise??
