Hello everyone... just a bit about me. You may of seen me on this site before, I used to be under a different name but this is my new one as I was AWOL for a long time. I got to goal in 2011 on weight watchers after seeing my holiday pics from that year. I have however discovered slimming world and I just cant go back to weight watchers because slimming world is so much better ( in my opinion) and makes me eat more healthily. I have just started a new job which is probably going to help me or throw me off track I havent worked it out yet. Reason being I get one 15 min break in the morning and then only half an hour lunch. This is not enough time for me to eat my lunch so I am Planning to have breakfast before I go...Snack at morning break and then fruit and yogurt for lunch... not that substantial I know but I just cant not eat a whole meal in half an hour I would make myself ill rushing it down. Then when I get home will probably have a small meal (4pm) and have dinner later around 6ish. I am also going sober until I get to target.. well Im trying anyway.. alot of my weight is from drinking and eating after so I need to cut that habit!!! I am going to be weighing sundays.... I weighed today at 11.st 13lbs. Wish me luck!!
