Hello Everyone, I'm wondering if anyone could give me an idea on syn value of a sauce my friend gave me the recipe for. I can work out syns for most of it but this is where i'm stuck. For the base of the sauce she boils the rind of parmasan with chicken stock? does anyone know if this would contain syns?? The rest of the ingredients is syn free apart from corn flour so i'm ok with that part.. just not too sure about the rind of parmasan, because once it's boiled she removes the rind. So it's just the flavour of it? Any ideas??
