Hi

Can anyone help, I have just started SW and am about to have a roast lunch. We make our own gravy with stock, sherry, lea and perrins and thicken it with cornflour, any idea how I count this, I am doing extra easy.

Thanks

You just need to syn the ingredients you put in it, so it depends how much of each you've used.

- Stock = FREE as long as its a stock cube or has all fat removed
- Sherry = 1 syn per 20 calories - between 2½ and 4 syn per 50ml depending on whether it's sweet, dry, cream etc
- Lea & Perrins = FREE
- Cornflour = 1 syn per 20 calories = 3½ syns per level tablespoon or 4½ syns per 25g

So you need to measure what you put in it and calculate according to the above :)
