Happy holidays Early everybody,
I was thinking of how to avoid eggnog this year due to my low carb high fat diet,Than i thought to my self there must be a way i can still have eggnog maybe by some how making a low carb nog.
so I got out my blender,some ingredients,blended them all together and i made some Home made low carb Eggnog. I tried some of it and Oh My it is heavenly tasting. I think it tastes better than store bought
At that moment i knew i had t share with you all,so that way you can still have eggnog during the holidays Heck for that matter all year around. I hope you all enjoy the eggnog and share it with family and friends too :) this eggnog is Addictive But healthy.
Here is the Recipe for my home made low carb eggnog.
2 cups Heavy whipping cream
2 egg yokes
your choice of Sweetener
dash of ground cinnamon or nutmeg.
put all ingredients in blender,blend for 2 minutes on low speed. pour in glass and enjoy,refrigerate any left over Eggnog.
