Homemade brown bread

i want to make some brown bread but wondered how to syn it any help would be fantastic.

Have you got access to the online calculator? The best thing is to enter each ingredient and syn each, add it all up and divide by portions. If that's too complicated you could just use the syn of average brown bread according to weight. E.g. 60g brown bread is roughly 6.5 syns so you could go with that.
