Homemade Goumet Pizza - 6 pro points

    Pumpkin & Baby spinach pizza- 6 pro points
    Tortilla – corn
    2 pro points

    Fruit Chutney 1Tbs 20 grams
    1 pro point

    Pumpkin
    0
    Spinach
    0
    Spring onions/ onions
    0
    WW Bacon 3 rashers
    1 pro point
    Light & Tasty cheese ( 25 grams)
    2 pro points

    I cut the pumpkin into cubes, pre cook it in the microwave.
    slightly wilt the baby spinach leaves in boiling water - drain.
    Place tortilla on a baking tray.
    Spread tortilla with fruit chutney.
    add pumpkin, onion & spinach,( sometimes I also add mushrooms- 0 pro points )
    sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake in moderate oven till cheese melts.

    most tortillas i've seen are at least 6pp each

    Yeah I normally find them quite high altho the warburtons square wraps are only 4pp and are fab for pizzas!! :)

    Sorry for the late reply I've been away from my computer for a few days.
    Corn Tortillas are lower in points and also a bit smaller. I just buy mine as a 6 pack from the supermarket. I hope that helps :D
