Hi. I'm new here and to slimming world. I normally make
lentil soup with boiled ham stock with fat removed. Would you have to use Syns for
it and also are lentils free?
yum. I make pea and ham soup the same way, with boiled ham stock (that has a few cloves in it while the ham is boiling which adds a nice flavor), add a bag of frozen peas, liquidize, voila! If the ham stock is very salty I also sometimes add honey which I syn.
