Homemade meatballs from burger meat question?!

We have loads of burgers left over from a BBQ, they're 99.7% beef from the butcher so good ones... My oh is downstairs 'balling' them up as I write for meatballs and pasta dinner...I'm guessing they're not lean meat, so how should I syn these....I'm doing extra easy if that makes a diff.....!
