Homemade pasta sauces

Hi all

Does anyone have any alternative to tomato sauce recipies for pasta please? I love pasta but I'm bored of tomato based dishes. Preferably low syn or even better free

Have you looked at the Philadelphia website?
There's loads of fab recipes on there and you can use the Philly as a healthy extra.

I make a creamy mushroom sauce for pasta.

I cook sliced white/chestnut mushroom with some onion and garlic (i use way too much garlic) and add some mixed herbs.
Then right at the last minute I add some fat free natural yogurt or fromage frais (both work fine) and gently heat. Then just season and its ready
