Does anyone know how to work out the syns for this? Basically, it is 6oz plain flour, 4oz butter and 2oz caster sugar. It made 14 biscuits.

Sure
6oz plain flour is (168g = 27 syns)
4oz butter is ( 112g = 42 syns)
2oz caster sugar is (56g = 11 syns)

Total = 80 syns
14 biscuits = 6 SYNS each

Hi Charmel

You could reduce the syns on this by substituting splenda instead of sugar & a low fat cooking marg/spread . That should greatly reduce the synnage!
