Honey v Sugar

I like sweet porridge in the morning what would be best to use? Sweetner? Sugar or Honey. Also whilst I'm here how much semi skimmed milk can you have on Hex A. TIA x
 
Hi Meg,

Honey would be the healthiest option but of course sweetener is syn free. One tablespoon of honey is 64 calories so about 3 syns by the 20cals = 1 syn rule.

Semi-skimmed milk for HEA is 250ml.
