I'm on day 4 and I think I went into ketosis yesterday as I woke up with a weird taste in my mouth and didn't feel particularly hungry yesterday. The only thing I find hard is knowing what to do with myself now I'm not eating or cooking, never realised food played such a huge part in my life.

i think your quite lucky not having to go near the food to cook but your right knowing what to do with yourselve now must be difficult i heard some of the other members have taken up crocheting. sounds interesting not sure id have time with 3 kids lol and im finding hard seeing there left overs and having to feed them lol

I haven't been all that (apart from bad back and a non-stop rumbling tummy). I'm also enjoying cooking and have also changed the way I cook for the family aswell as what I feed them (super healthy meals) and will be going back to making my special home burgers for them which will be low fat. It's amazing how much this tfr lipo' changes the way one thinks about food...

Can't wait for next year to come but am scared of the refeed phase

I can't have kids, which is part of the reason I'm on this diet, to see if it improves my chances. I'm struggling today as I feel quite down and would really like something to eat. I'm not hungry but I know it'll take a lot for me to psychologically detach from eating, it was my main comfort. Damn food!

Thanks I might add evening primrose to my intake, I've got a cupboard full of agnus castus (special offer in boots!) but I really need to shift some weight. Struggling today as the neighbours are having a BBQ! Urgh.
