Hope for those binging moments!!

Some of you know already that i have diagnosed BED amongst other eating disorders. I had a very bad binging session last Wednesday and gained 7lbs bringing me to 18.12.....this morning was my WI and i'm 18 exactly so not only did i lose the 7lb i gained but also another 5lbs!! Now, i'm not saying i got away with it because the scales could very well be nasty to me next week but for anyone who's feeling guilty because they cheated or fell off the wagon i just want to let you know you can recover from it so don't get down on yourself for it chin up and tomorrows another day!!
