I used this site a few years ago. Since then my weight has yo-yo'd and i've found myself in an unhappy place with my weight again.
I've tried 'being good' but i think im combining about 5 different diets by doing this.
I'v done very strict diets before so i know i can do it but really seem to be lacking in motivation at the moment.
Can anyone recommend a diet that helps curb cravings (sweets, biscuits, crisps, junk) and that has failrly quick results.
