Hoping for help !!

I used this site a few years ago. Since then my weight has yo-yo'd and i've found myself in an unhappy place with my weight again.
I've tried 'being good' but i think im combining about 5 different diets by doing this.
I'v done very strict diets before so i know i can do it but really seem to be lacking in motivation at the moment.
Can anyone recommend a diet that helps curb cravings (sweets, biscuits, crisps, junk) and that has failrly quick results. :mad::mad:
 
I wish! I've tried, that when I get a biscuit craving, a big glass of water fills me up and wards off the automatic reach for the biscuit tin. I also make myself sit down for everything, even a smack, I eat, and by gum; when I started doing this I had no idea how much I picked through the day
 
Thank i know theres no quick fix !!! i got my head straight this week a bit and lost 5 lb !!!
