OK people.seems I may have upset and annoyed a few people on this forum...I posted many times as I thought I was asking diff people personally..wanted as many opinions from people who have experience of doing this diet..I didn't realise this easy not the way to do it..and if I have offended people on here I do apologise. .

As advised ive started my own page for advice...it's my day 1 today. .im doing the mens 800 cal a day one.. I've so far had a banana shake ..peanut bar and a plain 100g chicken brest. ..im having my last packet meal at 7pm..the beans in chilli think it is.....im used to big portions of food so it's feels bit strange already.....lol
