hi everyone hope you dont mind me hopping on board the shred train. I have completed level1 and level2. I have done the moderate level, due to the fact that I did have an ankle injury some years ago which can play up now and again. I lost three stone with Lipotrim nearly two years ago and have managed to keep it off, bar half a stone creeping back on now and again. Since doing the shred I have lost a dress size and about half a stone, but been watching my carbs too. The last few days done the more intense version of level 2 whew!!!! Anyway going to start level 3 wish me luck.
