That is a lot, I have quite a few sachets of these. Will have to have one every so often, I can think of better things to put my syns to :D

Those are far too sweet for me, hence I like the Horlicks Light Malted Milk drink.

I don't take sugar in any drinks and can only just about manager the Malteser one, lol

I checked syns online and its 6 for a sachet. I thought that was a lot too!

I bought the sachets too :( doesn't seem to be any difference between light and normal for syns!!

I've just bought a big jar of Choc malt ovaltine in asda for £3 and it's slightly less syns as only 4 per cup (4 teaspoons) made up as directed but I have even less than that so am synning as 3 :) x
