Hot and spicy chicken (birds eye)

Please can someone tell me how many syns are in Birds eye hot and spicy chicken. I really like them with salad and they are on offer in asda but i have a feeling they are going to be high in syns. im doing EE. Thank you

ohhh i havent tried those, how many syns are they? i love the hot and spicy sat on top of a large salad and some extra light mayo. Havent had any since starting SW 10 days ago but i know I can now cos syns are not too bad really Ive given up chocolate for lent so will swop to this occasionally
