Hot banana custard / Yummy :-)

    I thought i would just post this for an newbies (like me) as this keeps me feeling sane, if you mix (i use a blender) the banana shake mix with 140ml of boiling water and i then serve it in a bowl with a teaspoon its like a hot bowl of banana custard. This has helped me through many cold nights.

    It is nice too, if you toast half a peanut bar in the toaster and then crumble over the top. :)

    This custard has totally saved my sanity! I have it with a childrens plastic thomas the tank engine spoon and it made me feel all lovely and smiley. Had a tough week and a bit fed up with foodpacks.

    5:2 Fasting
    And if you make it with cold water and stick it in the freezer, you have ice cream. I do find starting it with hot water seems to thicken it better first though.

    I hear you, it makes me smiley too, its the one thing i have the same every day, between 8/9pm in a little bowl with a teaspoon.
