Hot chocolate sauce/custard

Just made a chocolate sauce/custard it was yummy. Had it with bananas
28g cocoa powder 4.5 sins
1 level tbs cornflower 3.5 sins
aProx 1/2 pt skimmed milk
sweetner to taste
put cocoa & cornflower in a pan.
Slowly mix in milk (making a paste at first)
Put on hob and stir untill thick
enjoy.

Forgot to say it would probably serve 3, so not too bad for sins really.

good idea. I make my custard the same way but use egg yolks too. beat egg yolks and cornflour and add warm milk and cook in pot. really easy and really hits the spot
