Hi, I only know the syn value for the mini hot cross buns from M&S which is 5 syns.

I just checked on the SW website and yes

M&S mini hot cross bun defo 5 syns, less than others.

most will have nutritional value on the packet and you can then work out using 1 syn for every 20 calories, as no free food allowance.

There are some light choices ones in tesco at the moment but the are 9 and half syns
