Puddings hot fruit pud

Okay after my cravings last night, I remembered something we used to make the last time I did SW. There was a bit of controversy over whether this was free or not but my consultant said that if you are just using a bowl of fruit and not having masses and reducing it etc then she would count it as free. Anyway, we all did it and all lost weight!

So easy. Use frozen summer fruits or forest fruits. Put some in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute till hot. Pour over a tub of vanilla muller light! This is simple but yummy and is definately a winter warmer! :)

we do this but put porridge oats from your hB allowance on the top of the frozen fruit and stick in the oven till the fruits thawed but not cook through or we've been told we'd have to syn it.
