Hot water and Lemon

Don't ask me why but I am really fancying hot water with a piece of lemon floating in it.

Can I have this or will throw me out.

sorry posted that quick just incase u were about to take ur first sip lol, lemon is a def no no. Takes u outa ketosis, something to do with the citric acid.. i forget but its in the LT Video xx

I just remeber from the LT video he said with no lemon about 50 times, so that bit stuck in my head... so it must be really bad.. cos he didnt shut up about it...
