Am I the only person that even after trying, still has weird lumps and bumps in places?

I want to have a figure like this....
(forgive me for the terrible diagrams!)

but even after dropping into my bmi range i'm more like this:

I cannot seem to get a really smooth silhoutte, theres like my hip bones then i come in, the go out again at the thighs.

Anyone have any ideas what i can do?

i'd guess it is just the way the fat and muscle is distributed on ur body, if this is the case theres not really much u can do except maybe try to lose more weight, but since ur already at a very good bmi this probably wouldnt be a good idea. there are probably some exercises you could do to try to smooth ur silhouette but im not 100% what they are, but then the thing with exercise is that if u overdo it u will get more muscley (for example in ur legs) which might just emphasise the shape u dont like. i'll have a poke around on google and see if theres any suggestions on there :)

cant find a lot except for love handles which i dont think is any good to u lol

have u thought maybe the "weird lumps and bumps" u mentioned arent as bad as u think? maybe ur being too critical of urself and need to learn to love the new slim line you :D it could be the "lumps" etc are normal but cuz u r noticing them, u think theyre worse than they really are

I think with exercise you can make improvements but it is still a matter of working with what you have rather than completely changing your shape. I also have the double hips thing you talk about and even when i was thinner i still did. The only thing that helps with it is magic knickers/tights!!
