Hi There,

I wonder if anyone could help me find out how many syns there are in the above chinese dish, i usually have it with boiled rice which free but not sure how to calculate the sauce and meat which includes beef chicken and prawns. Thanks in advance

Does anybody know the syn value for this as I am having takeaway tonight and fancy it.

The rice should be free, the meats should also be free if any fat is removed, it depends what the sauce has in it and what the food is cooked in!
