How any syns for the ready to eat packets of chicken?

Some are 125g or 170g or 200g
i just ate an asda 200g pack of chinese spiced chicken breast slices
i nearly always eat the whole pack if its for dinner or lunch if im hungry

Tasted really good so im guessing it was probley a few syns lol

I know the plain chargrilled chicken breast slices are free

Anyone know how many?

Not sure on Chinese spiced but I know the majority of chicken tikka slices are free I'm sure if there isnt too much oil its ok

Yeah i was thinking maybe about 2 syns cause its not much sauce and they havent got skin on or anything, oo but there so yummy! Chinese and teriake ones are gorgeous
