How are you getting on with PP?

Hi Everyone, I did WW about 2 years ago on the old plan and it was amazing, I lost 1.5 stone pretty quickly, although I did combine it with a strict gym routine. This time round everything has changed with the new Pro Points and I'm reading more than a few negative reports. How are you all finding it? Is it as effective as the old point system or does it take longer to lose? Is it confusing? I'm aiming for 18lb off...as soon as possible! Would really love to hear your views and how you make it work for you....especially as I've just signed up and am now fearful it won't work! xxx

I've been doing ww since 18th August 2010 and i started on points and then moved to propoints. I was skeptical at first but to be honest my eating habits haven't changed dramatically since i started pp, a bit more fruit and veg thats all really, less pasta, more rice and potatoes...it's good and it definetly works! My losses have been consistent since i started i'd say.

Good luck with propoints!

Hey Laura, I'm a Laura too! Good to hear it's working for you. My body has been struggling a bit with the massive fruit and veg injection - I've always been a carb fiend and my body punishes me when I deny it, had terrible belly ache today. But it seems to be working so far and I'll be really interested to see what I've lost...WI is tomorrow but I'm sure my jeans are a tad looser ;) One thing I do love is how WW teaches you basic nutrition, and I'm putting my trust in their new research! Xxx
