How best to do roast potatoes?

What is best way to do roast potatoes to keep points down, and does anyone know how many points for how many grams etc?
New to ww. Only done sw before.

Frozen it's around 4pp to 100g and fresh raw old potatoes is 1pp for 50g....that's according to WW tracker so you might wanna double check

If i'm doing fresh i par-boil them and then roast them with a teaspoon of oil on top of each one, if frozen i just put the teaspoon of oil on top of them x

Sorry if I sound a bit dim! Just getting my head round it all at the mo!
Do you know if its same for sweet potato? I roast them without oil bit cant find points for them

Sweet potato 150g is 4pp, prob best u use them for ur roasties, oil is alot

I have read from someone else that 1 tsp of olive oil is 1pp! I always try my best to just put 2 tsp of olive oil over all my pots as I'm on sf and 2 tsp is free, they r not as crispy but they r still nice!

How about using frylite rather than oil, then it is just the propoints for the potatoes x

Try par boiling then spray with one cal oil....sprinkle salt. After half an hour turn them and spray again. Works everytime for low point rosaries
