How did you start your day??

    Most of the time our mood has an affect on our day. And sometimes what we eat affects our mood.

    So,

    What did you eat for breakfast today?
    And what's your mood on the start of the day?

    Well mornings gone but I'll summarise mine from this morning...

    Mood: happy ready to go :D
    Breakfast: x2 crumpets - 4pp
    Dry fried egg - 2pp
    Tomatoes - 0pp
    1/4 semi skimmed milk - 2pp
    Options hot choc (40g or less) - 2pp

    Big brekki but has to keep me going! :D

    I am a morning person, so I'm always bright and bushy tailed. I never wake up in a down mood, even when my girls get me up at 6.30am haha

    My typical breakfast is a home made banana and strawberry smoothie or Raisin Wheats

    I used to be an avid toast person but now feel sluggish if I have it now

    It's my wedding anniversary so Im sat waiting for my ww friendly fry up ----He's still in bed so might be waiting awhile!

    Today is the first chance my fiance and I have had to have a lie in.

    I'm just lying in bed with our cat, Heidi Boo, and my fiance is snoring lol.

    Going to wake him up now, take him out for lunch before he starts work at 2pm.

    I think today will be a good day. Hope everyone else has a good one x

    i had a bacon and egg roll !! - 8pp

    i made an omlette - 2pp (1 whole egg and 1 egg white and a splash of water) .... cooked it in my omlette maker (sprayed the top and bottom plate with fry light) then put it in a feasters bacon butty! - 6pp

    was in a happy mood when i work up and still in a happy (but now full up) mood :D

    feeling bleugh cant be arsed and just crawled out of bed, and i dont even know what i'll eat.

    Propbably a pitta salad with cheese for 7pp

    mood:bleugh dont wanna get up and have msssed my sleeping pattern up royally

    food probably a yogurt and some fruit. I love carbs but im scared of them

    mood was good if a little tired when I woke at 5.30am this morning! took my dog for a walk; watched something I recorded on sky+ then woke the OH at 7.20am.

    Breakfast was grilled home grown tomates from my garden, 2 bacon medallions & 2 poached eggs = 5PP

    mood now - very full up & is going to have a baking / soup making day!

    Mood good but tired my son woke up at 6.30 :( I had for breakfast ww Victoria sponge 3pp & a banana.... starving now but am having a big Sunday roast at 1.30 consisting of some lamb, ham, mash pots, roast pots, cabbage, turnip, sprouts, Yorkshire pudding & gravy yummmmmmmmmmmm lol having worked out the pp yet but itl be soooo worth it :)

    Today Woke up thinking about breakfast :p

    Had 60g golden nugget cereal with 1/4 semi skimmed milk- 6pp
