How do I avoid Saggy Skin??

I'm really scared of ending up losing all the weight and ending up loking like a deflated beach ball.... anyone at target with any advice?xx
 
Yoga. Low intensity, easy on the joints and super super toning. Get a cheap DVD off amazon and give it 6 weeks (obviously doing it, not with it just sat on your DVD player!!)

Week 1, -7lb | Week 2, - 2lb (different scales, new CDC) | Week 3, -4lb
 
I think im going to give this a go too! As im a little worried about this too seen some scarey pics in mags and stuff! Also Pilaties (spelling!) is supposed to be good for lenghtening your muscles too.
