How do i stay off the scales ????

Hi guys, is it just me or is anyone else addicted to weighing themselves, im on my second week and I find I have to get on the scales every morning to see if I'm losing !!!!! Unfortunately I was away overnight and weighed myself just now and I seem to have gone up !!!! Cry ....
 
Your weight fluctuates day to day and throughout the day. That's why we should only get weighed once a week at the same time.

I often weigh myself several times a day - amazing I can lose or gain a lb by sitting in a chair for an hour - lol. Try it (if you're not going to obsess about it)...

You WILL be losing weight consistantly on this diet if you stick to it - don't worry about that!
 
Thx Hun, I'm normally not so obsessive but have been sticking 100% with packs and this weekend had a protein meal on both days and now feel so guilty lol. Hope ur doing well x
