How do people lose so much weight each week...

    Lose on average between 1&2lb a week, 2 if I'm lucky but I hear about people losing like 3/4lb a week. I have a lot to lose, weigh in at 15.9 at the moment yet people who weigh a lot less, it just drops off!! How do they do it? Lol soo jealous, wish there was a magic button!! Xx

    I'm the same way as you, when I was doing WW I'd lose between 0.5 and 1lb really, if I was really lucky would lose 1.5 or 2lb.

    I know the recommended safe weight loss is 1-2lbs a week, anything more is considered too much!

    It would be lovely to drop the weight quickly but you risk sagging skin if you do that. If you lose weight slowly your skin has more of a chance to stretch back slowly.

    I CAN be a big loser (easy - rude!) but it tends to be a fortnightly cycle where I STS in-between times. So it evens out to 1-2lbs. Everyone is different but looking at the bigger picture we achieve much the same in the end :)

    We'll I defo do not want saggy skin but I would like a nice loss 2 weeks running lol. Xx done scan bran challenge last week n lost 3.5lb, I was ecstatic ! Xx

    Thanks, I was soo pleased! Only bought one packet in Thursday and forgot I'm not in group tomoro so gonna have to revert back to porridge lol x

    I have found that weeks when I eat tonnes of speed and super speed foods my weight loss is greater, this works for me :D
