how do we find out who gave up "rep power" and what does it mean

Hi Anyone
I accidently clicked the mouse near the "rep thing" and saw the following message "matronix will be famous soon enough"????????????????? What does that mean? Who put it there and why? Do I need to be concerned?

The rep power is when some one likes a post your have left, or found it very informative...

If you go to user cp and scroll to the bottom you can see what comments have been given rep power but not who left them x

Found them. It was really nice to receive them so I will have to be considerate of others and "rep them or something" when I value a comment or am amused by one.
