I have clicked on it and nothing happens. And can't find a login area on the website ?

if you dont book mark the page type "www.tickeryfactory.com/weight-loss/ then right click on your tIcker pic and take the jumbled up letters (in your case wtqktJa and paste them on the the end of the web address and it should bring it up
