how do you incorporate 1/3 superfree at every meal?

me again - full of questions :eek: I sometimes forget that i need to add 1/3 of superfree in meals, esp breakfast. Think i do ok at lunch as this is usually tuna salad so just looking for ideas as to how others managee to include it - i take it if i leave my apple til an hour after breakfast then this counts?thank you for taking time to read

I don't know if it's right but I have a salad then fruit with every main meal.
 
Breakfast time i just add some fruit to my breakfast if Im having weetabix i just add a banana think the superfree food is meant to be eaten at the same time but Im sure a more experienced swer will be able to help more. With lunch and dinner i just add half a plate of salad or vegetables.
