How do you join a team?

Hi,

Just wanted to ask how you go about joining a team. I have done SW before and lost almost 8 stone but I have sadly gained back 5 stone and need to get back on track as I never even got close to my target. I am joining my local class tomorrow and have spoken to the consultant over the phone and she seems really nice.

how do I find your thread?
I am joining my class tomorrow at 10 am so I will post my starting weight when I get back - not looking forward to facing up to the scales but it has got to be done!!

When do we post our results by and is there a team challenge? I'm not really sure how this works.

Had a chuckle when I saw your name as my mum is called Diane and my little girls call her Nanny Di ....lol

I have just left my ticker for now and will reset it with my new weight tomorrow.
