How do you stay motivated?

I have noticed many of you have been on the cd diet for months so how do you stay motivated? What is keeping me going is that I am going to hong kong in 5 weeks with my friends so I want to keep going and reward myself with a holiday for sticking with the diet. Once I get back I want to continue dieting by aiming to to Los angeles mid June. Do you think I can loose 3 stones till mid June ( with a week of the diet end of march for 6 days)?
 
I have lost 3 stone officially at my weigh in last Tuesday since starting on 6th Dec and being 100% SS. This morning I hit the 10st bracket so a stone to go until target which I hope to get to by 6th April, I move up to 810 next Tuesday. Should be doable and my only advice is when off plan on holiday just avoid carbs and in theory you could still keep loosing :eek:)
