how~????? grrrrrr

i know i shouldnt do it but day 9 for me and i was sooo hungry yesterday had a couple of slices of chicken and thats it......but boy it was hard!!!
but i weighed myself this morning and have gained half a pound/......how can that be???
is week 2 harder or should it be easier?? i know the losses will slow down, but i really need this and would be so disspaointed if the gain starts again already!
 
Week 2 is harder but it does even itself out in week 3,4. Stay motivated, it has to come off on this diet and it does x
 
I think a lot of people fail in week 2 - I reckon it takes a fortnight for the body's 'GO GET CARBS NOW' biochemistry to finally quit, and people get complacent after that first week drop in to ketosis so are vulnerable to food demons.

Don't worry about the weight gain, it might have happened anyway for hormonal/water balance reasons, a small amount of extra protein isn't going to harm your diet in a big way so build a bridge, get over it and carry on with the diet - it works!
