how many calories are in a can of lager? i`ve done so well today with my meals but i just need a beer god damit.

From what I can see on the internet there are 221 calories in a 550ml can of lager. Not sure if they are different for different types but could base this as an average.

aw thank you, i had a feeling it would be over 200 good job i only had one.
had my weigh in today and still did pritty good so i`m happy

A pint of Fosters is 227
aww thanks thats brill, dunno if i could squeeze one in everyday i work my bum off for 227 cals in the gym
