how many calories do i need ?

thanks Roxie, ill give that a try. Ive always done sw or ww , i need a change and to eat food that i enjoy, i think thats the most important thing, as i just tend to get fed up eating the same thing day in day out.

Good luck, the change Will be good for you! Myfitnesspal is a brilliant site. I lost about 3 stone using it last year. Stopped just before Christmas and havnt managed to control my eating since. I'm the opposite, always calorie counting but I'm trying out ww at the moment to get back on track. Think I need the group weekly weigh ons at the moment.
