how many calories in ...

#1
an ikea breakfast?
Now I have looked on their site, googled it - to no prevail.

I had 1 small piece of bacon, half a small sausage, scrambeled egg, 2 hash browns, some beans.
It was a relatively small breakfast.

I went to ikea early this morning to find that it opened at 9.30 - BUT only the restaurant was ... I was starving and I just gave in. So I dont go over, I need a sort of guesstimate as to how many cals that is?

=(

I would look up and guestimate the individual things, i.e. I'd say a 2 egg scrambled egg is up to around 300cal (200 for eggs plus 100 if they used butter/milk etc). A 40g frankfurter is 122cals; a 60g average beef sausage is 150cals. 1 rasher bacon averages 75cal. Hash browns harder to guess without knowing the weight but 200cal. 1 serving (100g) of beans is 85.
That's probably slightly overestimating it but better to be on that side: total for that would be 750cals ish?

thanks ... I thought the same, I estimated 700.
Yesterday was a bad day for me really.

I had that ikea breakfast, then felt so sick that I had eaten it, I couldnt eat lunch. Then dinner was Wok to Walk - so thats not too bad but probs another 500 cals.
then a handful of pickamix!
I know cal wise its not too bad, but just WHAT I ate I feel disappointed in.
So I will be extremely good today! :)
