how many HEA / HEB's is right on green?

I started SW on Wednesday and couldn't get to the class so ive been doing it myself till I join on Wednesday but Ive been looking through the daily diary threads and noticed some on green have 2 A's and 1'B while others have 1 A and 2 B's, the book i have says choose once or twice from A and twice from B, can some one please let me know what I should be on. Thx.

On green and original you should have 2 HEb and 1 or 2 HEa(exactly as it says in the book) HTH
