How many kcal do you aim for in a day?

I've been on 1350 but have recently reduced to 1100

It's a bit of a boost to fast weight loss, but I'm worried I might not be able to keep it up...

Have eaten 950 and it's only 14:31, So I doubt i'll meet 1100 today

need advice.

Heard that sometimes you loose more weight if you eat a bit more sometimes and a bit less at other times,

Most doctors/dieticians recommend that you don't try to go under 1200 as it can tricky to get all the nutrients that you need with lower calorie allowances. I usually aim for 1500 but often have quite a lot more (i.e. around 1800+).

I'm attaching a link to a calorie calculator that lets you work out the number of calories that you need to stay the same weight- you just have to subtract 500 calories to find the number you need to eat to lose 1lb a week and 1000 calories for 2lbs a week. :)

I aim for 1200 daily. ..my bmr is 1800 so if I have a bad day I make sure I don't exceed 1800.... its worked for me so far. ..6 months in and lost every week
